Smithers Community Radio (CICK)

The community radio station is a non-profit society and while it employs a handful of staff and provides occasional contract employment for the likes of youth, its content is all produced by volunteers.

Smithers Art Gallery

Walking through Smithers, the lines between art and nature blur. Surrounded by mountains, lakes and forests, threaded by creeks and the Wedzin Kwa (Bulkley River), the town is a pocket of population in a vast and beautiful landscape.

Hadih Dini ze’ ts’ake, ski ze. The Bulkley Valley Community Arts Council acknowledges the Gidimt'en Clan and the Witsuwit'en people, on whose unceded traditional territory we live, work and play.
